Mr. Justice Mazhar Alam Khan Miankhel is
judge of Supreme Court of Pakistan and the former Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court.He
was elevated to SC on 29the December , 2016 . He served as a Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court
from 8th April ,
2014 to December 28 , 2016 .Mr. Justice Mazhar Alam Khan Miankhel was born on
14th of July 1957 in Dera Ismail Khan . He was Elevated to the Bench as
Additional Judge on 7th September, 2009 and Confirmed as permanent
Judge of the Peshawar High Court on 5th September, 2011. He is
Graduated from the Gomal University in year 1979 and Obtained Law
Degree from Gomal University, Dera Ismail Khan in year 1982. Justice
Mzhar Alam Khan nrolled as an Advocate of the Lower Courts in year
1982. Enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court in year 1984,.
Enrolled as an Advocate of Supreme Court of Pakistan in year 2003.
