Gender: Only Male candidates domiciled in any district of the Province of Punjab.

Age: 18 to 35 + 8 years general relaxation in upper  age limit as per Government of the Punjab S&GAD Notification No.SOR-l (SSGAD) 9-36/81 dated 21 -05-2012 = 40 years on 29-10-2012.

Qualification:M.A./M.Sc. (2"a Div) with B.Ed. (2"a Div.) provided that the candidates who are M.A. English {3™ Div.) may be provisionally appointed on specific condition that they shall acquire requisite qualifications within 3 years after their appointment or will qualify the Special Diploma Course in English arranged by Allama Iqbal Open Univ. Islamabad in any of the two consecutive sessions of the Course starting immediately next to the date of their appointment. On their failure to acquire the requisite qualifications within the aforesaid period their services shall stand terminated automatically

OR
M.A.(Education)/M.Ed. (2"a Div.) from a recognized University or equivalent qualifications.

Note) lf M.A./M.Sc. with B.Ed are not available then M.A./M.Sc.will be appointed by initial recruitment subject to the condition that they shall have to qualify B.Ed within three years.
ii) Above mentioned qualifications in the relevant subjects shall be essential.

Syllabus for SS : Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) type paper of 100 Marks 2 hours duration relating to the subject will be conducted.

a) Original Treasury ( Receipt .FEE receipt )
b) Matriculation Certificate, showing date of birth and in case of O Level, equivalent certificate from Inter Board Committee of Chairmen, Islamabad and date of birth given in school leaving certificate.
c) Intermediate Certificate / A Level along with equivalent qualification.
d) Degree / Detail Marks Sheet of graduation and master in the relevant Subject dully issued by controller of examination showing total/obtained marks and percentage on or before closing date. In case detailed masks are not produced then minimum passing marks will be considered.
e) Domicile certificate of relevant district of Province of Punjab.
f) In case of Government Servants, the Departmental Permission Certificate duly signed/ stamped by the concern Department .
g) Valid C.N.I.C.
h) In case of disable person Disability certificate duly issued by competent authority  if applicable.
