(a) Intermediate 2nd division
(b) A speed of 70 words per minute in shorthand in English and 35 words per minute Typing speed on typewriter or on computer.
(c) Computer literate in M.S. Office

Preference

Preference shall be given to the candidates who know Urdu shorthand at a speed of 60 words per minute and Urdu typing at a speed of 25 words per minute.

First of all get application form from PPSC Offices and National Bank of Pakistan Branches .
If you cant get the form from Bank or PPSC Office you can also download from PPSC Website.
Fill the challan from attached with form and deposit the fee in National Bank of Pakistan .
Fill the complete form carefully , paste a photo on specific place on form, and attach the attested Photocopies of  qualification documents ,Domicile , NIC Experienced certificate (if any ).
Paste Original Bank Challan at page Number 5 of application form.
Read  detailed instructions attached with form carefully.
You can send your Application form to PPSC office by Post / courier service and by hand .
