Suriya Bibi Deputy Speaker Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
Suriya Bibi is the current deputy speaker of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa assembly Peshawar. She was elected as deputy speaker of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly on 29th February 2024. She received 87 votes against his opponent Arbab Waseem who secured 19 votes. She has taken oath which was administered by Babar Saleem Swati Speaker of KPK Assembly on same day. She was elected as second woman deputy speaker of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly. Politically she is affiliated with Sunni Ittehad Council SIC. Suraya Bibi is elected Member of the KPK Provincial Assembly from PK-1 Chitral Upper in general elections 2024.

Surriya Bibi is born on January 4, 1979 Upper Chitral district of KP. Suriya received her early education in her village, matriculated from Government High School Booni Distict Chital, and obtained her masters degree in Urdu and sociology from the University of Peshawar. She began her career as a principal at a private school, dedicated to educating girls.
