Mr. Owais Ahmed Ghani is the ex governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan .He  served as governor balochistan from 11 August, 2003 to 5 January, 2008 .  and 7th January , 2008 to 9th February, 2011 as governor Khyber paktunkhwa .
