KPK Sohail Afridi Chief Minister
Muhammad Sohail Afridi is the chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He is elected chief minister of KPK. He assumed office from October 15, 2025. On 12th October 2025, he was elected as Chief Minister of the KPK. He received 90 votes. Politically he is affiliated with Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC). He is elected Member of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Provincial Assembly from PK-70 Khyber-II in general elections 2024. Suhail Afridi has previously served in Ali Amin Gandapur’s cabinet as the Special Assistant for Communications.

He was born on abc 00, 1989 in Bara Tehsil of Khyber Agency KPK. He completed his early schooling and matriculation at Muslim Public School, Peshawar, before continuing his studies at FC Government High School. Afridi went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Peshawar. In 2015, he served as the Campus President of the Insaf Students Federation (ISF) at the University of Peshawar. Two years later, he was appointed President of ISF Peshawar Region, and subsequently held the position of Provincial President of ISF Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Later, Suhail Afridi was appointed as the Provincial President of the Insaf Youth Wing Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
